Private Messages via OzTalk

OzTalk provides the facility to send a private message (PM) to other registered forum users for such legitimate purposes as fine tuning a trading arrangement etc. Please do not abuse this privilege. Reports of harassment or spamming will result in offenders being banned. You can access the PM facility in your User Control Panel once logged-in. Look for the Private Messages tab along the top of the page.

HOW IT WORKS

The way the forum software handles PMs is that when you compose a message and send it, it will stay sitting in your Private Message OUTBOX until the recipient has logged in to OzTalk and opened the message. After that the message will be moved to your SENT MESSAGES folder.

IMPORTANT: OzTalk sends a notification of new message to the recipient via email. Therefore, the recipient must have a current, valid email address and also check their JUNK mail folder. Forum members need to train their email service to accept notifications from OzTalk (ozshop.net).
