Cake

I like cake.
I like wholesome cake.
Preferably not spongey white flour cake.
Preferably the flour is organic and if it has almond meal or other sort of nut then all the better. If it has no flour and is all nut-meal then that is really really good. Sugar is ok, sugar makes a cake have the right kind of texture once cooked. Butter is better than margarine. Oil is ok in some cakes.
