Once SmallGEMS has been installed on your web-hosting service* you can begin adding your member's details and start recording income and expenses. You can also include data from past events (meetings, sales, expenses) and track all activities for the current financial year*.

Display or print daily, weekly, monthly or yearly reports including subtotals and profit/loss balance.

* Notes: this system is not a complex financial management tool, it is intended for very simple, basic tracking of group meeting activity. Requires web-hosting services that provide access to mySQL and PHP4 or higher.
