Basic for beginners

SmallGEMS is as simple in structure as possible to make it easy for you to adapt it to your own sense of style and design. One style sheet allows you to change the colour scheme for backgrounds, text sizes and colours. A single banner image is all that is required for the minimal look shown on these pages (v.1.0).

While it is fair to describe the html structure as crudely simplistic, bear in mind this is beta version one and our aim was to get the concept out there to meet a need. We hope to see contributions from users that improve the code and design to be made available for everyone to download.
